Feedback from Customers: 1."I've been to both the Fenway and Somerville LaserAway locations for LHR and have had a really great experience every time. Kai has treated me at both locations and is always so friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Catya at the Somerville location is awesome too—she's super knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. The manager, Sandy at the front desk is also so personable and welcoming, and you can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their clients. The whole team is great, and I always leave feeling like I'm in good hands. Definitely recommend! 2. Rachel and Sandy were amazing at the Assembly Row location! Very attentive to detail and extremely warm! Their products are incredible. 3. Rachel Mahar PA is the best ever— such good customer service and bedside manner :) 4. Natasha was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and explained everything clearly throughout my laser tattoo removal session. She was gentle, professional, and very attentive, making the treatment much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. Man… I literally called this place 3 times at the Assembly location and twice at the Fenway location to make an appointment and talk to someone about services. You get “Annie the AI assistant.” I left my name and phone number and nothing. Someone else told me that they want you to sign up online because they farm your information as farm as number and email and sell that off which is why you never get a call back I guess… 11. Danielle and Sandy, are so patient and sweet. Unfortunately, I could not move forward with my appointment and they helped me look at other options, which I ended up choosing one of them. They remained with me for the entirety of what would be my appointment and did not make me feel like I was being a burden. I was rescheduled because the person who was supposed to take care of me left. The person who rescheduled me was from a call center and did not pay attention that she rescheduled me in a different location. When I showed up to the Somerville location, even though they are short staffed and I wasn't booked there, Kai squeezed me in between appointments and did not take her break just to give me a great experience. She is also super friendly and bubbly. I had a great experience and wish I could have her every time???????? 14. Amazing service and staff. Most of all Rachel who talked me through the whole process.
