His surgical practice has been dedicated to both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the neck and face. He started his career in medicine by graduating from Harvard Medical School and then did a general and head and neck surgeries residency at University of California San Diego Medical Center. Due to his exceptional credentials, he was selected by the prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery for a Fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive. Due to his extensive experience in neck and face procedures, he's regarded as a master of rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. He also has expertise in otoplasty and facelift. In addition to the many procedures done in his office, he is also a frequent lecturer at national surgical conferences. New to the medical team is Kellie Hartmann, Dr. Hilinski's aesthetic nursing nurse, who has a special interest in nonsurgical procedures, most notably CoolSculpting (r) and BOTOX (r) injections.
