This place is a major rip off. I found them on the Daxxify website as a provider who offers it . Just so you know Daxxify is the new neurotoxin that is said to last 6-9 months , unlike Botox which wears off at 3-4 months. Daxxify is twice as expensive as Botox since it lasts longer . I had my first visit and then I was told to come back in 2 weeks for a check in on it . At two weeks I needed a small touch up. Much to my surprise I was charged for it ! Never at any place have I ever had to pay for small touch ups within two weeks! I unhappily paid it and then was said to see where it is in 6 weeks . Well here we are and I’ve got wrinkles coming back on my forehead so I called and they had me come in. The injector recognized I have movement and visible wrinkles and says well what do you want ? I said I want it treated . I then say will I have to pay ? And she said yes ! Let me tell you how much I spent …$1200 initially , I was then charged $60 for the touch up at 2 weeks and I’m sure had I decided to let let them treat me today it would have been another $60+charge . This place is very unprofessional and only wants your money and doesn’t care if they aren’t using or placing the product correctly. And I guarantee they are watering it down more than they are supposed to. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where the injector and owner actually care and want happy clients who refer people . I’ve also contacted the manufacturer of Daxxify to make an official complaint about this place since they are listed on their site as a local provider . I hope this saves other people the hassle of going here for any services . Next up BBB complaint.
