Idylwyld Medical Centre

A family-oriented general practice, Idylwyld Medical Centre, has been serving Saskatoon since the 1960s. When the clinic was officially opened to the public, Dr. L. Straza became its founder and the first owner. Idylwyld Health Centre moved to 502 Idylwyld Drive North in April 2020. Because Idylwyld has room to grow and expand, we are excited. This is a new chapter for IMC. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, caring healthcare to a wide variety of patients at Idylwyld Medical Centre.

Patients overwhelmingly say the clinic offers excellent treatment with caring, highly skilled providers. Several note they appreciate the doctors’ willingness to listen to their concerns and assess their symptoms. Drs. Smit and Dudley are particularly praised for their empathy and wealth of medical and personal advice they dispense, as well as their ability to respond quickly to appointments when patients walked in, report how the receptionists at the clinic were polite and helpful, and the clinic had short wait times for both appointments and walk-ins. Their efficiency helped one patient get through the heavy physicality of his knee problem. Another patient wanted to lose weight, one of the doctors helped him and he was very happy after following their advice and he managed to do it in a short while. I would not hesitate to recommend!
