Apart from the disastrous problems with their scheduling system, showing up for my appointments and then being told, without any explanation or apologies, that the nurse did not show up for work, or arriving to simply find the branch closed, for example, in Thornhill. The constant pathetic excuses and futile apologies from Nurse Ashley, who appears so interested and concerned with your wellbeing, yet when push came to shove, blatantly looked my mother, unfortunately also a patient, right in her eyes and knowingly lied to her face!!
Management are allegedly more concerned with their reputation and patient care and patient rights. After refusing to continue my care and treatment due to honest and factual reviews of improvements promised I would notice, never materialised even after 10 weeks. Promised to refund my money I paid for packages, treatment and services not received, the only way I would receive my refund, is via blackmail if I removed my reviews. However they have still never refunded me, and refusing to correspond with me or reply to my emails! A BLATANT DISREGARD TO THE PATIENT BILL OF RIGHTS, withholding my money, refusing to respond and trying to coerce and blackmail me. This is apart from the contravention of the College of Nurses of Ontario's policy on Patient Abandonment and Professional Ethics and Integrity on behalf of Nurse Ashley!
Use this so-called business at your own risk but be warned, professionalism, integrity, honesty, trust, patient centered care, are all lacking and absent from an expected honourable business! Finally, advising you of treatments that you don't necessarily need but will convince you into purchasing.
