I was told the melasma, skin tags and other bumps on my face will be resolved with the 5 session aerolase treatments. However on the 5th visit, the tech realized she didn’t do a very good job cause she consulted another tech. Although I didn’t fully understand the numbers they were discussing, it looked like my tech didn’t operate on the intensity that she was supposed to on every visit. I was scheduled for a follow up on Dec 22nd but no one was there and the clinic was closed. I even called but no one answered. No follow up call or email. They didn’t deliver what they promised and didn’t bother to follow up on me as well. I paid $1300 for the half-assed service, so yeah I do not recommend this place.
